The cemetery, located on a rectangular plan, designed by a professional architect Lt. Franz Stark, located on the edge of the Niepołomice Forest, district IX Bochnia, was founded in 1914 as a burial place of the soldiers of the Austrian army. 13 Austrian soldiers were buried here, 11 of them were identified. Lodges with wrought iron crosses are enclosed with metal chain. The central element is a concrete cross with an iron cross superimposed upon it. Graphic motif is consistent with the Austrian cross pattern showing the date 1914. The whole place is surrounded by a fence - concrete posts with thick metal chains.
